Introduction

A Business Marketing Manager develops and oversees strategies that drive business growth by promoting products or services to target audiences, managing marketing campaigns, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall company goals.

Your Responsibilities

1.Responsible for external relations, including engaging with East African government departments, ministries, industry bodies, and related organizations; handling business correspondence and negotiations.
Prepare English documents, reports, and official letters to government and partner organizations.
2.Oversee operations and drive rapid business growth; handle business expansion and micro-commercial development (e.g., energy resource business expansion), especially exploring emerging markets and continuously identifying potential clients to increase efficiency and performance.
3. Manage the team to achieve goals, including revenue and business performance targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
5. Participate in meetings or events, providing translation and on-site interpretation when needed.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields; familiarity with the East African market and business environment is required.
  2. 2. Chinese proficiency (HSK Level 4 or above).
  3. 3. Strong government or business networking background preferred; experience in government relations, business negotiations, and resource development is a plus; at least 2 years of overseas work experience preferred.
    4. Excellent English writing and communication skills; able to handle formal correspondence; smooth communication in English.
    5. Experience in advertising/commercial development/new energy resource projects or market expansion is preferred.
    6. Strong sales mindset; ability to lead a team to achieve targets; skilled in client development and relationship management.
    7. Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; familiar with East African business etiquette and contract requirements.
    8. Responsible, results-oriented, and capable of independently handling market expansion, client maintenance, and business negotiations.
