Please note that the Nairobi Expressway will be temporarily closed on Saturday 1st July at 10PM to Sunday 2nd July at 4PM as we host the 2nd Edition of the Nairobi City Marathon . 

We kindly request all motorists and commuters to plan their journey accordingly.

PROPOSED NAIROBI EXPRESSWAY TOLL OPTIMIZATION AND UPGRADING PROJECT STAKEHOLDER AND PUBLIC CONSULTATION FORUMS

The Kenya National Highways Authority and Moja Expressway Company intend to undertake enhancements and improvements works on the Nairobi Expressway to accommodate the growing traffic. These upgrades will involve the addition of extra lanes at the Museum Hill Exit and the JKIA Entrance and construction of a new Haile Selassie Toll Station Exit to facilitate the seamless flow of traffic into the CBD.

KeNHA wishes to invite the public and stakeholders to join the discussion on 5th June 2023, from 10:00AM to 1:00 PM at The Green Park Terminus, Uhuru Park. The public within the project area and the surrounding are hereby notified and invited to attend the Public Consultation Meetings to be held as per the above schedule. KeNHA also welcomes general representations or written submissions to be emailed to [email protected] .
